下水井模具主要是分为了两部分,实际使用的时候需要按照施工的图纸还有施工要求进行选择,通常内模与外模一般都是一套进行使用,如果对于制作出来的污水井壁厚有着要求的话,就可以调整内模与外模的尺寸型号了。内模的话是由三大块钢板组成,但是这三块钢板并不是相同大小的,其中一块的钢板呈现的是一个倒锥形,也就是三角形一样,这种的设计是为了在拆模的时候更加的便利,生产的时候是需要在污水井模具中浇筑泥浆凝固成型,整个的内模在里侧自然会受到挤压,在拆模的时候会更为困难一些,而这种三块模板的设计帮助了拆模,减少了模具损坏的几率。外模则是普通的两块模板,没有其他独特设计,只是污水井模具的外侧焊接着筋板用作增强模具的耐压效果。使用的时候需要保证好模具的放置位置,不能够有放置不稳定的问题,之后则是需要将内模涂刷上脱模剂后再去涂刷外模,套在一起后就可以进行使用了,那么这样的污水井模具才是能够正常使用的。
